I love the creativity a manger scene brings about :)
My friend's post had a virtual jungle scene going on by baby jesus---luckily he survived!
No, I'm pretty sure that the manger held cows, ewes, donkey, and golden labs. They were specially trained to seek out the angels and notify them of Jesus' birth. It's pretty amazing that the angels understood all of the barks, but somehow they did. What a doggone divine miracle.
